With a fresh $3.6 million private financing under its belt, Clarify Medical Inc. said it will now turn its attention toward securing FDA approval for its mobile skin lesion treatment device. The San Diego-based company said it plans to submit its system for FDA clearance early in 2017 and introduce its product and information support services later in the year. The Ultra Violet B (UVB) treatment system can be used to help treat psoriasis, eczema and vitiligo.
