Deals roundup: Argon to acquire Angiotech interventional unit for $362M

In a move to perhaps eliminate a significant portion of its debt, Angiotech Pharmaceuticals (Vancouver, British Columbia) reported the sale of its interventional products business to Argon Medical Devices (Plano, Texas) for $362.5 million.
