First antibody directly targeting Ras oncogenes is now developed

The first therapeutic monoclonal antibody (MAb) that selectively targets activated intracellular cytosolic Ras mutant proteins, which are inaccessible to current antibodies, has been developed and assessed preclinically in a new South Korean study.
