SAN FRANCISCO — Med-tech CEOs once again stepped up to the podium at J.P. Morgan's 31st annual healthcare conference to share strategies; briefly reflect on 2012 and discuss plans for 2013. Zimmer (Warsaw, Indiana), Boston Scientific (Natick, Massachusetts) and Illumina (San Diego) were some of the firms featured Tuesday that spoke about upcoming plans.
