Ltd. have prepared and tested serine/arginine-rich protein-specific kinase 1 (SRSF protein kinase 1; SRPK1) inhibitors reported to be useful for the treatment of cancer, inflammation, diabetes, age-related macular degeneration, obesity, arthritis, psoriasis and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
