Ligachem Bioscience Inc., of Daejeon, South Korea, and Osaka, Japan-based Ono Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. agreed to two antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) deals that could reach $700 million (₩943.5 billion) combined.
