Ltd. and Shanghai Miracogen Inc. have described antibody-drug conjugates consisting of trophoblast glycoprotein (TPBG, 5T4)-targeting antibodies covalently linked to cytotoxic drugs through linkers reported to be useful for the treatment of cancer.
