Ltd. have identified ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1) inhibitors reported to be useful for the treatment of cancer, hypophosphatemia, osteoarthritis, cystic fibrosis, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and viral and bacterial infections.
